This website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. If you request an appointment through WhatsApp, the details you enter are used only to open a message in WhatsApp; this website does not store that form entry.

Information you choose to share

The enquiry asks for your name, mobile number, preferred date and time, and a brief general reason for consultation. Do not send detailed medical records, photographs, identification documents or other sensitive health information through the appointment form.
